Marketing Mastery Institute
The Marketing Mastery Institute was designed to provide agents with an easily accessible, “bite-sized” marketing curriculum, enabling them to leverage marketing tactics to promote their business. This structure enables agents to learn at their own pace, based on their own interests and business needs.
As the committee lead for this project, I provided key project management, website management, and content ideation of the Marketing Mastery Institute from ideation to launch.
Key Contributions:
Content Creation, including general website/advertising copy as well as overseeing the development of the entire curriculum and program structure.
Website Management, including design, organization, site mapping, and execution via Squarespace.
Project Management, including managing fellow Sr. Marketing Advisors and Marketing Advisors on timelines, expectations, and curriculum launch plans.
Compass Navigator
Compass Navigator Magazine is focused on providing relevant, seasonal, and digestible content to a highly targeted audience across PA, NJ, and DE. Through this specifically curated editorial magazine, we are able to position brands and listings in a more unique and approachable setting that draws readers in. With a hyper-local distribution list, we are able to reach a strong buyer and seller pool within your communities.
As a Compass Advertising Team member and a founding participant of Compass Navigator, I provided key project management, client and vendor relations, website management, and content ideation over three issues of the Compass Navigator Magazine.
Key Contributions:
Website Management, including design, organization, site mapping, and execution via Squarespace.
Project Management, including communicating and coordinating with clients, vendors, and all associated materials (photography, copywriting, and overall content development).
Pitched the advertising opportunity to top producing clients as well to larger client audiences on virtual meetings.
Vacations at Compass
Vacations at Compass is a specialty vacation services division of Compass. Offering exclusive vacation rental opportunities with reputable agents in the region, Vacations at Compass delivers an off-platform service to accomplish agent goals and connect with consumers.
As the Marketing Advisor for all top producing teams at the New Jersey Shore, I was selected to spearhead a new initiative based on the overwhelming rental business and the lack of existing business offerings that support agents in this market.

Jersey Shore Commercial
With Compass agents dominating their own markets along the Jersey Shore, this commercial allows agents to market themselves in a collaborative way, promoting not only themselves, but the brokerage as well.
As the Marketing Advisor for all top producing teams at the New Jersey Shore, I was selected to work with the head of Advertising to ideate, create, pitch, and execute an exclusive brand opportunity specifically offered to agents at the Jersey Shore. The campaign included a shared commercial, independent lifestyle videos for each participating agent,

Compass Commercial is a premier real estate company offering comprehensive services for leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
As the Marketing Advisor for one of the top producing agent teams in PA, NJ, DE Commercial space, I was selected to spearhead a new initiative based on the lack of existing business offerings that support agents in this market.

Agent Project | OTTO on the Park
OTTO on the Park is a new development luxury condominium complex in the heart of one of Philadelphia’s newly booming neighborhoods, Brewerytown.
To enhance brand development and market to potential buyers, I provided vital project management, marketing strategy, and business ideation support. Starting with communicating between the agent, investor, and design team on a robust brand strategy, we built materials to promote neighborhood attractions and building amenities, as well as running geofence and digital ad campaigns to connect with local buyers.
