During my time at ReluTech, I led a growing marketing department that supported both the parent company and its emerging startup, NerdRabbit. As Marketing Manager, I oversaw a team of coordinators while collaborating closely with sales, recruitment, and executive leadership to drive results across multiple business lines.
At NerdRabbit, I played a pivotal role in launching the company’s flagship software product, Nerdly—a cloud talent marketplace for AWS professionals. I managed the full go-to-market strategy, served as the strategic lead for branding and creative direction, and acted as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external development vendors. From defining user flows to content strategy and campaign execution, I helped bring the vision to life through cross-functional planning and thoughtful execution.
Throughout both roles, I built and nurtured strong vendor partnerships, led department-wide initiatives, and drove brand positioning strategies that enhanced visibility and engagement across enterprise and startup environments.
